Blockchain Technology Applications in Managing Integration Structures
UDC 334.78
This article explores the potential of blockchain technology for managing interorganizational integration structures. The relevance of the work is due to the increasing complexity of managing such structures and the need to reduce transaction costs, risks of opportunistic behavior and misalignment of interests of participants. Based on the analysis of the capabilities of the second generation blockchain, a systematization of blockchain tools is proposed to reduce the key risks of integration structures. The results of the study demonstrate that blockchain is transforming the nature of trust and governance by offering mechanisms for automation, transparency, and algorithmic alignment of interests.
